Heavenly Foundation (天道筑基) is the best Foundation breakthrough, requiring nine pills, a Dao Foundation Fruit, a secret manual, and age under 21. It sets your stat ceiling for the entire Luocha arc and Golden Core quality later.
Is Destiny of Immortal like Tale of Immortal?
